Whether we are ready or not, the technology is changing our life even more so in the next few years. Watch “A Day Made of Glass” and take a look at Corning’s vision for the future with specialty glass at the heart of it. Amazing, isn’t? I can’t wait for this happening. The technology like this will definitely change the way we live, work, play, and learn in the future.
Augmented Reality Helicopter

I am fascinated with the current development and potential of augmented reality. The AR Helicopter project created by AR Door, a Russian-based company, is very impressive. The project combines AR, multitouch, and Vuzix glasses to create an AR experience of a helicopter on the iPad. Users can interact with the helicopter on the iPad. In addition, users can assemble/disassemble a helicopter, turn it, launch missiles, zoom in or zoom out, and change colors. The demo video is very cool and it will blow your mind.
