Victor Tsaran is an accessibility engineer at Yahoo! who focuses on developing best practices for the creation of websites that work well with screen readers.  He created a video to give an overview of screen reader software and explain the use of the screen reader.  Today, many websites are not accessible for all and most Webmasters or Web designers do not follow the Web Content Accessibility guidelines. In this video, Victor introduces some of the things that work well in the world of screen readers and others that fare more poorly.  The video is outstanding and is very informative.  Victor did an excellent job of explaining the problems on the Inaccessible Web sites when using screen readers.
