    學習理論的概念框架,描述信息是如何被吸收,處理,學習期間保留。認知,情緒和環境的影響,以及以往的經驗,都扮演一個角色,如何理解,或一種世界觀,收購或改變,以及知識和技能保留。Learning Theories include internal and external , internal include mental(心智) and Phyical(身體) , external include personal(個人行為)及Environmental (外在環境),它幫助人類如何學習了解複雜的過程。

    何謂認知?表示在於「即將知道」的個體知覺、理解、思考的內在歷程或一些無法直接觀察到的內在歷程。就類似內部的:mental(心智)和Phyical(身體)。
    人類的學習是一種認知能力發展的過程,有兩種方式可以達到學習結果:
    (1)一般觀念的遷移:
    (2)特殊訓練的遷移
    根據一項國外的研究發現,學生的學習與記憶量因下列情況有所差異(Clark & Starr , 1986):
    能記住所「讀到」的 10%
    能記住所「聽到」的 20%
    能記住所「看到」的 30%
    能記住所「聽到及看到」的 50%
    能記住所「說過的話」的 70%
    能記住所「說到並作過」的 90%
